5 Reasons You NEED to Host a Pampered Chef Party

Everything changes when you have a kid.

I braced myself for the body changes, the house changes, and the relationship changes, but I’ve also fancied myself a good multi-tasker and kind of figured that balancing social life with motherhood would just mean bringing Elia with me or finding a sitter.

Oh how wrong I was. When you have a child, all your priorities shift and what you enjoy doing changes. Now in days, I find myself in the kitchen more cooking for my family or sprawled out on the playroom floor with Elia.

They reached out to me to host a party and after learning a bit more about what that entailed, it felt like the perfect excuse to get everyone together. Hosting this party meant I still get to be a homebody in my kitchen, have Elia close by all while enjoying a night with my friends. I’m actually no stranger to the Pampered Chef world (one of my first blog posts ever was this one), but it had been a few years since I had caught up on their products.

This party was AMAZING and we ended up having an amazing night full of great food, incredible products, and tons of laughs.  I wish I would have done this sooner!

Stock Up On Amazing Products

Obviously, a huge perk of these parties is being exposed to all new kitchen products you never knew you needed. Every single item our Pampered Chef consultant, showed us was designed to make your time in the kitchen more efficient. Whether you’re a new mom cooking for a family or even just cooking for yourself, I think we can all agree that an easier cooking experience is an all-around win.

One of my favorite products our consultant showed us with the Close & Cut. It was perfect for prepping the salad ingredients because it takes all the work out of slicing almost anything! This was perfect product for me because I have to cut all of my daughter’s food in half so she doesn’t choke. Instead of spending way to much time slicing grapes or blueberries in half individually, this can do a bunch in one move.

Next, I had my eye on Multipot With Collapsible Steamer that our consultant used to blanch our salad veggies. It’s the ultimate one-pot meal maker. The lid props in the handle, which, if you’re like me, means no more lose lids cluttering your pantry. It also comes with a collapsible steamer attachment that can be used three ways; as a strainer, steamer, or a boil over guard.

We also got to see my favorite product, the Salad Chopper. I had bought one of these years ago (but lost it during my move to Chicago). I 100% grabbed myself a new one and also learned that it’s not just for chopping lettuce. Use it for meat, veggies, whatever needs a good chop.

When it came time for dessert our consultant pulled out a Whipped Cream Maker that I immediately had to have. No joke, I asked to just keep the demo one! It takes three ingredients and 30 seconds and you can make your own flavored whipped cream!

Those are just of the few INCREDIBLE products I ended up nabbing that night.

Unique Night With Your Fav Friends

There are so many different components to a Pampered Chef party that make for an awesome night with friends.

Not only do they set-up and cook, but they even clean too! Pampered Chef has different themes you can choose from and they’re very flexible if you decide to come up with your own. I chose their exclusive, “Best Summer Ever” theme. We enjoyed a fresh BBQ chicken salad, DIY chocolate bars and fresh fruit popsicles (made in 10 minutes). My friends and I watched her whip up the meal intently, to recreate later, and loved when she asked us to get involved.

We jumped at the chance to try the Kernal Cutter just in time for all that fresh summer corn, the Quick Slice, which I’m pretty sure we could all use to cut down time in the kitchen, and we definitely got WAY to excited about trying the Salad & Berry Spinner.

Oh and that stereotype that these are just for women, GONE. The guys of the group just as much fun (maybe even more than us ladies).

Re-Inspire Yourself to Get Healthy

I’m constantly wanting to live a healthier lifestyle and try to find time to meal prep. I always get myself excited about it and after a few days, it fades. Watching our consultant prep our meal instantly lit that fire again.

This time however, with the products showcased, there’s no opportunity for that fire to fade! She just made it look that easy. I found myself obsessing over the Snack Bar Maker. The flexible oven safe silicone pan makes it easy to remove your finished product and the lid lets you easily store leftovers.

Sure, we used them for the DIY chocolate bars, but the set got me brainstorming about the yogurt bars I could make for grab and go or the egg bakes that would be perfect for a quick breakfast!

The Manual Food Processor was another product that sparked my get healthy mindset. I saw myself making delicious dips and salsas, and prepping veggies for the week. Plus as an added bonus it’s very compact so I knew it wouldn’t overcrowd my cabinets and the cleanup is a breeze!

With my sweet tooth (that I definitely struggle to ignore) the Quicksicle Maker seemed perfect. Ideas of healthy, fresh fruit popsicles on a hot summer day swirled in my head. Seriously, in less than 10 minutes you can make your own custom frozen treats. How perfect for Elia too?!

We got to be super hands on in the whole process, resulting in a ton of laughs, a delicious meal, and by the end of the evening our consultant felt like an old friend and we felt like we had the chance to spend a night doing something different and out of our usual routines.

Hosting a Pampered Chef party gave me a chance to entertain without the stress, not worry about my daughter (because she was having so much fun too), and get my kitchen all set up with the latest and greatest. Plus, after talking with our consultant I realized what an incredible extra form of income this could be if you were interested. Flexible and fun, what’s better than that!
