I know I’m not the only one who loves birthday cookie dough, whether it’s edible or not. The flavor is simply like a birthday surprise for your tastebuds and who doesn’t love surprises!?
Nowadays, there are so many ways to have it. There’s the edible dough itself, ice cream, cookies, and the list goes on.
This inspired me to create something out of birthday cookie dough but in a healthier version that’s tasty, edible, and quick to make. My latest creation, Birthday Cookie Dough Poppers, are exactly that!
These are perfect when you’re hosting a party or simply whenever a sweet craving strikes. They’re made with clean label ingredients and really easy to make! Oh, and they are just 4 points each!
