Skinny Dill Pickle Jalapeño Poppers
These Jalapeño Poppers will satisfy your craving without adding to the waistline!

Ingredients
- 5 jalapeños
- 5 tbsp Heluva Good! Dill Pickle Dip
- 1 tbsp chives finely chopped
- 2 strips bacon cooked
- 1/4 cup reduced fat cheddar
Instructions
- Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees. Slice 5 jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove all the seed/ribs. Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Make the filling! In a bowl, mix up 5 tablespoons of Heluva Good! Dill Pickle Dip, 1 tablespoon of diced chives and 2 diced up slices of cooked bacon.
- Fill each of the Jalapeño’s with the mixture and top with 1/4 cup of reduced fat cheddar cheese. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and jalapeños are tender.
