You guys went WILD for the LaCroix brownies I concocted! When my friends at Kodiak Cakes sent me a box of these Blondies, I knew I had to whip up some LaCroix Blondies. You are going to LOVE this take on LaCroix brownies!
These LaCroix Blondies are perfect if you love brownies that are a little more on the gooey side. For the LaCroix flavor, I’d recommend Coconut because the flavor isn’t very noticeable. I tried lemon and it had a little bit too much lemon aftertaste than I like. Let me know which flavor you like best in the comments!

Ingredients
- 1 box Kodiak Cakes Blondie mix
- 1 can LaCroix any flavor
- Lily’s Chocolate Chips
- 3 tbs Chocolate PB2
Instructions
- Mix a box of Kodiak Cakes Blondie mix with LaCroix of your choice. I added in a few Lily’s chocolate chips to guild the “lilly”, but the mix has chocolate chips already. Pour into a greased 9×9 pan and bake at 350 for 22 minutes.
- Make the drizzle. Mix together Chocolate PB2 with 2 tablespoons of LaCroix. If it’s too thick, add a touch more liquid or if it’s to thin, add a touch for PB2.
- Let cool a little, drizzle and serve!
