It’s officially fall and I couldn’t be more excited to bring on those pumpkin spice flavors!
“Bowls” of all types make me so happy because I loves to customize my meal and mix and match lots of yummy flavors. I’ve been pushing myself to eat a heartier breakfast and Irish oats have been a huge help with that. They’re quick, delicious and VERY satiating (aka I don’t find myself reaching for a snack only an hour later.) These oats coupled with the fall weather had me inspired to put together a bowl that marries them both! Thus, you get this delicious Pumpkin Oatmeal bowl!
To get all the ingredients, I opened my laptop, logged onto my Peapod account and immediately found all the ingredients I knew I wanted to incorporate. They have lots of fall flavors ready and in stock! It also makes grocery shopping one less thing I have to worry about for the day. All my ingredients arrived exactly as expected, and I got to get right to creating these hearty Pumpkin Oatmeal bowls.
These colorful bowls took less than 20 minutes to make and left me full and feeling like I made a healthy choice to get me through the day. What’s better than that? Let me know which toppings are your favorite and I’ll have to try them too!
This recipe is also featured on Peapod right now! So exciting!
