Combine Hellmann’s Vegan Carefully Crafted Dressing & Sandwich Spread, shallots, dill, vinegar, and mustard in a large bowl.
Add your cooked quinoa and kale.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Vegan Quinoa And Kale Salad With Fresh Herbs
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Hellmann’s Vegan Carefully Crafted Dressing & Sandwich Spread
- 1/4 cup Shallots finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Fresh Dill
- 2 tbsp White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 cups Cooked Quinoa
- 3 cups Baby Kale
Instructions
- Combine Hellmann’s Vegan Carefully Crafted Dressing & Sandwich Spread, shallots, dill, vinegar, and mustard in a large bowl.
- Add cooked quinoa and kale then, toss to coat.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature and enjoy!
