What if I told you you could eat bagels with a lot less guilt?
Recently, I came across this bagel recipe on Skinny Taste and HAD to share it with you guys. It’s THAT good. The original recipe calls for 5 ingredients, but the one I’m about to share can be done with just TWO (not including toppings)!
To put it into perspective, I wanted to compare a bagel from Panera with this one…
Can you believe a standard bagel has 160 more calories and 50 more grams of carbs?! #notworthit
This recipe makes 4 bagels, but you can easily double it and save them for later! They last about a week in the fridge.
2 Ingredient Bagels
Ingredients
- 1 cup Gold Medal Self-Rising Flour
- 1 cup Fage 0% Greek Yogurt
- Trader Joes Everything Bagel Seasoning and Olive Oil Spray if you want to make them “everything flavored”
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix one cup Gold Medal self-rising flour with one cup yogurt. Kneed together.
- Separate into 4 equal parts and roll into a log and join ends together.
- Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and spray olive oil on top (or egg wash) and sprinkle trader joe everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake for 23 minutes and then broil for 2 minutes to make golden brown!
Done and done! Easy, delicious and SO much healthier than almost any other bagel!
Love always,
Erica
