The hardest part of this recipe is waiting for the yogurt bark to freeze up so you can eat it. 🙂
Strawberry Walnut Greek Yogurt Bark

Ingredients
- 2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Strawberries roughly muddled
- 1/2 cup Walnuts chopped
- 2 tbsp Coconut Sugar
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix your yogurt, muddled strawberries, chopped walnuts, and coconut sugar in a mixing bowl.
- Pour your mixture onto the parchment paper and spread evenly, to your desired thickness.
- Decorate your bark with thinly sliced strawberries and roughly chopped walnuts.
- Freeze for 2 hours.
- Make your chocolate drizzle by adding your coconut oil and your chocolate chips in to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave at 30 second intervals, mixing the mixture in between each interval, until you have a smooth consistency.
- Drizzle your chocolate sauce over the bark.
- Freeze for 2-4 hours.
