Peapod Meal Kits: To be honest, right now, I am having a hard time finding time to create fun new recipes for my family. One of the reasons I love Peapod so much is because they have these unbelievable meal kits!
This week, I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Quinoa Skillet and it was AMAZING.
The kits literally come with every single thing you need to make the meal (including the oil to cook.)
This was so simple to make. I literally just open up containers of pre-prepared, fresh food and followed the insutrctions.

Last week, this came in super handy when my friend, Samantha came over for dinner. This feature is also great for someone looking to be on a low-carb or low calorie diet. There are just SO many different options to filter by. Can you tell I’m a little bit obsessed?

Convienence: At the end of the day, the number one reason I use Peapod is because I can literally shop from anywhere at anytime. I could be feeding the baby with one hand or in a cab on the way to a client meeting and still be grocery shopping! I also love that I can start and stop my shopping as many times as I need to before placing my order.

I can’t even tell you how much I love Peapod too, it’s been a life saver time and again and the customer service has always been fantastic. In the rare case that I’m not satisfied with produce or something accidentally gets damaged, they’ve always been very responsive and have had it resolved by the time I hung up the phone. One time I actually got stuck at my hairstylists, and was concerned I would miss delivery and they arranged for the driver to come back later that evening. Being a new mom (my son is less than a year), and running a fast growing company I find it difficult to find time for myself and if I do get a window to relax, I don’t like to spend it in a grocery store. I was thrilled when I learned that they started the Peapass and signed up immediately. The minimum order for delivery is 60.00 (in my area) which isn’t too high in my opinion, and makes it easy to keep produce fresh and only purchase exactly what you need. Plus, they’ll even lug in all of the water and heavy stuff, so it helps prevent marital arguments when my hubby is less than chivalrous…haha well at least one of them.
