I simply cannot believe how quickly this year flew by. Last year at this time, I found out I was expecting and now I have a 4-month old angel! Pinch me.
For the 3rd year in a row, I have scoured the interweb to find what I think are the absolute best gifts you should give to your foodie friends this holiday season. I tried to pick things at different price ranges that you wouldn’t find on other gift guides. In the end, I wanted this guide to feel totally unique and celebrate some really awesome small businesses.
Without further ado…
DIY Molten Lava Cake from Red Velvet ($20): I’ve always wanted to learn how to make this, and this DIY kit makes it look easy. And for $20…what a steal!
Bubbles and Rosé Wine Club by Vinley Market ($46/month): I have a few friends who might love this (I’m looking at you, Her Tasty Life.) Is there really a better way to say, “I care about you”, then sending a bottle of bubbly every month? No.
Cheese Lovers Monthly Club by Venissimo Cheese ($65/month): I always say that if you don’t love cheese, I don’t trust you! With this fun monthly club your foodie friend will get to enjoy three delicious cheeses plus an accoutrement every month. Sign me up!
Kracher 1995 TBA Vinegar by Terlato ($80): This is one of the absolute best vinegars in the entire world. I received a bottle of this last year as a gift and I still have some left (despite using it to top nearly every pasta dish). A little goes a long way and it’s a truly special gift to get someone. I’m totally obsessed with it and I couldn’t put a list together of my favorite foodie gift ideas without including it. If there is ONE thing to purchase for yourself from this list, this is it.
Sushi Earrings by Bead Passion ($22): Is this real life? How CUTE are these. I don’t own a pair yet…just sayin’.
Monster Pop Molds by Tovolo ($26): Whether your foodie friend has kids or not, these are too much fun.
Home Fermentation Pot by The Grommet ($39): This fermentation pot is the perfect gift to get someone who loves to cook. It is a sleek, modern twist on an age-old tradition that helps promote a healthy digestive system. I want one of these to make kimchi!
Mobile Foodie Survival Kit by uncommongoods ($26): If you’re a true foodie, there is nothing worse than going to a restaurant with under-seasoned food. With this Mobile Foodie Survival Kit, you can you can doctor up anything at anytime. This set is stocked with tons of yummy herbs and spices and are unlabeled so they can be re-used! How cute!
Citrus Sprizter by Quirky ($5.74): No more squeezing lemons 0r limes! This product is designed to allow you to spray juice directly from a citrus fruit! How cool is that?
So that’s my list! What are some of YOUR favorite gifts to get for a foodie?
Love always,
Erica
