I’m about to change your life (yes food can do that).
Remember that Italian Farm to Table dinner party I threw last week (you know, the one where I made that crunchy chicken milanese)? Well, it’s time to get ready for part two…
Today I’m going to show you how to make the most wild garlic cheesy bread in all the world. And the best part is the entire recipe was made using farm friendly ingredients from my favorite company, Door to Door Organics.
Get ready to wow your guests!
Start by roasting your garlic! To do that, use a sharp knife, cut the top of cloves, exposing the individual cloves of garlic. Drizzle with olive oil, wrap in tin foil and bake.
Once your garlic is roasted, squeeze it out and spread all over the inside of your bread. Next spread on your butter. Then add your cheese and caramelized onions.
Wrap the entire bread in tinfoil and bake. Serve immediately so it stays all nice and melty!
Everything Erica’s Ridiculous Garlic Bread (Using Door to Door Organics)
Ingredients
- 1 loaf Cibabatta Bread
- 1/2 cup Cow’s Milk Feta Cheese crumbled
- 1/2 cup Goata Blanc Cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 Sweet Onion caramelized
- 1 Head Garlic
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- Roast your garlic! To do that, preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Using a sharp knife, cut 1/4 inch from the top of cloves, exposing the individual cloves of garlic. Drizzle with olive oil, wrap in tin foil and bake for 35 minutes or until garlic is brown and soft.
- Once your garlic is roasted, squeeze it out and spread all over the inside of your bread. Next spread on your butter. Then add your cheese and caramelized onions. If you’re not sure how to caramelize onions, use this fool proof recipe.
- Wrap the entire bread in tinfoil and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve immediately so it stays all nice and melty!
