If you want to lose weight, change your mood and feel unbelievable, than I have two words for you: Amazing Meals.
I discovered this incredible meal replacement about 3 months ago at Whole Foods. The Amazing Grass company had sent a representative to the store to sample their product line and he told me Amazing Meals would change my life. He promised me that if I started my day off with one serving of the Amazing Meals, not only would I feel better than ever, I would probably lose a little bit of weight.
Although I was apprehensive, just by reading the label, I could tell this stuff was good for you. Amazing meals is a green superfood with plant based protein, incredible fruits and vegetables that give you 11 grams of complete protein and 6 grams of fiber. I mean, I couldn’t go wrong by trying, right?
I couldn’t be happier I did! 3 months later, I can’t imagine starting my day without this stuff. I actually crave it and don’t feel nearly as good until I’ve had it. Not only have I gotten my weight under control (and lost 5lbs), but I feel absolutely amazing. I haven’t gotten sick or even had an off day since replacing my breakfast with this. As someone with severe asthma and a history of always getting sick, that’s a huge deal for me.
I’ve since had a chance to sample all the flavors and by far, my number one favorite is the Vanilla Chai. The best way to have it is to blend it up with 1 cup of almond or coconut milk, a half of a banana and a little PB2. There are tons of other flavors you can try like chocolate infusion, pomegranate mango and Mocha. If you’re going to go pomegranate mango, leave the PB2 out.
I won’t steer your wrong here. The taste may take a little getting used to, but stick with it for a week and you will be hooked for life. Trust me when I tell you, you MUST incorporate this incredible drink into your diet.
