For months I’ve been working on a large ongoing project as an on air host and producer for devHour TV. I am so excited that I can finally share more of the details (and some footage) with you.
devHour TV is a Chicago based company that has revolutionized the way that people learn about restaurants. Essentially, it’s a robust data base of all of Chicago’s restaurants and contains high quality photos and video content about each one. In addition to the incredible amount of restaurant coverage the site has, it also features many of Chicago’s foodie events. Most recently, the website covered the Paella Cook-Off at Mercat a la Planxa (and devHour hired me to cover the event and interview all the chefs).
You can check out all 11 interviews below:
In addition to event coverage, I am also going to be hosting a couple of shows for this web network. The first show will be a traditional cooking segment that focuses on my favorite and most requested recipes from my blog. The first episode is my green detox smoothie and you can watch it below!
Th second show will focus on me recreating favorite dishes from Chicago restaurants. The first episode is still in production, but I am so excited to share it once it comes out!
As my blog and my brand continues to evolve, I couldn’t be more excited to share these special moments with you all. Since day one, you (my readers) have been nothing but supportive, encouraging and inspirational. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for taking this journey with me.
Love always,
Erica
