Last week I had a super fun holiday party with some of my favorite Chicago foodie ladies. Since this was a heavy hitting group of foodies, I knew I wanted to impress. I thought, “what better what to start the evening off then with a fun and festive martini?” I recently got a bottle of Ice Fox Vodka as a gift and thought it would be the perfect base to start my Candy Cane Martini’s!
Since I’m not much of a mixologist, I invited my incredibly cool friend, Kelly Rizzo (www.eattravelrock.com) over to help with the recipe. What we ended up creating was too delicious (and simple) not to share with you all!
Candy Cane Martini
These Candy Cane Martinis are perfect to serve at your holiday get togethers this year!

Ingredients
- 1 oz Ice Fox Vodka ice cold
- 1 oz White Creme De Cacao
- 1/2 oz Peppermint Schnapps
- 2 Candy Canes one for garnish and one mashed up for the glass rim
Instructions
- Take one of the candy canes and crush it up in a bag. Place in a bowl.
- Mix the Ice Fox Vodka together with the creme de caca0 and the schnapps.
- Wet the rim of the glass with some schnapps and then dip it in the candy canes to get a nice coated rim. Garnish with a candy cane and enjoy!
