I’m sure you’ve all heard it a thousand times. “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day”. Well, guess what? It is! Besides getting your metabolism going, it can really set the tone for how you eat the rest of the day.
My biggest excuse for not eating breakfast is not enough time. Well, with my Overnight Power Oatmeal recipe, there is NO excuse because you make it the night before and it will be ready in your fridge when you wake up!
Overnight Power Oatmeal
With my Overnight Power Oatmeal recipe, there won't be an excuse to skip breakfast. It's made the night before and it will be ready in your fridge when you wake up!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Oats
- 1 cup Almond Milk or regular milk
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds optional but it adds great texture and it’s super healthy
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- Your Favorite Berries I opt for blueberries
Instructions
- Combine oats, cinnamon and chia seeds in a bowl. Add milk and honey and then stir.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight in the fridge.
- In the AM, top with berries. Serve chilled or warm! Feel free to add a little more milk in the am to loosen it up!
