I know what you’re thinking. How the heck can a chocolate ANYTHING be low-carb? I have two words for you, Quest Nutrition.
Since my recent discovery of Quest Protein Bars, breakfast has become a whole lot healthier, tastier and satisfying! If you’ve had these bars before, you know that they are decent (not amazing). Despite their average taste right out of the package, these babies turn to pure pleasure when you bake them in the oven for a couple of minutes. Oh and did I mention they all have at least 20 grams of protein and 6 net carbs or less?!
You MUST try this easy recipe.
Open your quest bar of choice and break it into two pieces. Roll both out and put peanut butter in the middle.
Bake on a cookie sheet in the oven and that’s it!
These bars come in a variety of flavors, so you can honestly choose whatever kind you like, stuff it with some peanut butter (or any filling you’d like) and prepare to have a very filling and totally scrumptious breakfast treat! I’ve tried this with cookie dough as well and it was amazing.
